Packers should take care of business

It is going to be bitter cold today at Lambeau Field but unlike Philadelphia, they don’t postpone games in Green Bay due to weather. Its the Packers and the Bears and is supposed to be cold! The Packers have everything to play for and the Bears have nothing to play for other than saying they went undefeated in the division – woo hoo!

However, the Packers better be prepared to go four quarters with the Bears just in case Lovie Smith is dumb enough to risk injury on a frozen field in a meaningless game. It would be nice if the Packers could get out to an early lead and force Lovie’s hand, but I think the Packers might struggle doing that as the conditions may force a more ground orientated game plan which favors the Bears.

I look for this one to stay close for a half but Smith won’t risk his key players after halftime and the Packers end up winning 24-14. On to Philly.
