Packers-Seahawks Game Blog

7:36 PM:  Just about ready for kickoff. Confidence remains high.

7:46 PM:  Packers get a couple of first downs before it turned ugly and then a terrible punt. Eddie Lacy must be hurt because he is no longer in the game. Not the start I wanted but lets see if the defense can make a play.

7:53 PM:  Packers’ defense gets the stop but the Packers always bad special teams give it right back. Slocum is by far the worst coach in the history of football – all levels.

7:57 PM:  At least we held them to three. Thank Shawn Slocum for that field goal. Not only gave them a first down but cost them a timeout by sending out 12 guys for the field goal. Leave that idiot in Seattle please!

8:14 PM:  Packers take advantage of a Seattle special teams miscue to take a 7-3 lead. Nice confidence builder for the offense. Now if the defense can get a stop we can get some momentum.

8:24 PM:  Packers’ defense sucked big time on that drive. Got a holding penalty on the first play then let them march 90 yards down the field with ease. Probably not a good sign. Hopefully the offense can answer.

8:37 PM:  Well, the Packers were able to tie it up. Wish they could have gotten a TD there though. Showing they can move the ball a little though. We need the defense to make a play.

8:45 PM:  Not sure who the Packers’ defense was preparing for tonight but it certainly wasn’t the Seahawks. Packers have already given up 198 yards to Seattle and it’s not even halftime.

9:06 PM:  Defense ended up giving up 221 yards in the first half. If that doesn’t change they have no chance to win.

9:24 PM:  Defense got the stop anyway after giving up two big plays to Lynch. Long way to go though. Must find a way to shorten the field.

9:38 PM:  Packers appear in desperation mode now. Going for it on fourth and five and getting sacked. Going to be a long last quarter and a half I have a feeling.
