The Green Bay Packers face the Detroit Lions tomorrow and it may only be week three in the season but this is a huge game for the Packers. They simply can not fall to 1-2 with the quality of team they have.
I think the Packers will win but it won’t be easy. The Lions have a great defensive line but I think this is the game Eddie Lacy breaks loose. I know the Lions are tough up front but I think the Packers will take advantage of their aggressiveness and pop some big runs.
Yes, I’m worried about the Packers’ defense, but Aaron Rodgers has never lost a game he has started and finished against the Lions. And I think this last week’s game against the Jets was a good prep for this game. The Jets have a great d-line and suspect secondary, just like the Lions.
I think the Packers will be able to protect Rodgers and the defense will do just enough to pull out a victory. 27-26 Packers.
