Packers-Falcons Game Blog

3:36 PM:  Rough start for the Packers’ defense but did hold them to three anyway. Let’s see what the depleted Packers’ offense can do.

3:48 PM:  Great opening drive by a depleted Packers’ offense. Jordy looked good and is much needed in this game. Come on defense!

3:52 PM:  Clinton-Dix screws up and the Packers give up a bomb. Not a good sign. Packers can’t get into a shootout today, they don’t have the horses.

4:13 PM:  Another great drive by the Packers’ offense. Amazing. Geronimo with the TD. Good stuff, glad to see the team came out ready to play, no woe is me shit.

4:36 PM:  Maybe Cobb and Montgomery were holding the Packers’ down. lol. This is amazing. Reports of Rodgers’ demise are greatly exaggerated. Good stuff so far.

4:47 PM:  Packers’ defense couldn’t do it, we are in a shootout and the Packers can’t win a shootout. Glad they are playing hard though.

4:54 PM:  Huge swing of events, went from being tied at 21 to five points up. Awesome. Rodgers is on fire.

5:16 PM:  Offense chokes on the first drive of the second half and advantage leans toward Atlanta. Packers’ short handed defense will be hard pressed to keep the Falcons in check.

5:20 PM:  Defense not off to a good start. Got a feeling the momentum is turning here. Falcons on the move and likely to take the lead. I don’t think we can stop them.

5:29 PM:  Can’t stop them, if Rodgers and the offense doesn’t score every possession this game is over.

5:37 PM: T.J. Lang gets burned again and the Packers’ offense stalled. Bob McGuinn called it “criminal” that the Packers haven’t resigned Lang yet, after today, he might be cut.

6:17 PM:  Packers’ defense had their chance to step up after carrying the offense for the last 16 games or so, but couldn’t get the job done. Still, I feel better about this team after seeing the offense and Aaron Rodgers adjusting and scoring points. Good day for the Pack no matter what happens.
