Packers-Lions on the Frozen Tundra

The Packers and Lions square off today in a game that earlier in the season we thought could be for the division title. Instead the Packers will hope to get some good play out of their starters before they hit the bench as early as the second quarter in some cases. Guys like Charles Woodson, Ryan Pickett and Greg Jennings won’t even take the field. I’m looking at this much like the preseason which makes me wonder why I’m even going to the game.

I think the Packers will attempt to come out strong and may indeed do so, more than likely though I doubt their heart will really be in it. The Packers will have the lead when the starters come out but the scrubs will blow it. Lions end their 16-game Lambeau losing streak by winning 24-17.
