Packers-Raiders

8:00 PM:  We’ll so much for the summer of Brett Hundley. After hurting his ankle in practice and missing the first two preseason games Hundley got rolled up on again and had to leave the game against the Raiders. In his short time he again was extremely impressive.

With this new injury my guess is he won’t play again this preseason and the Packers may again keep three quarterbacks on the roster.

10:00 PM:  The Packers are now 2-0 this preseason with two road games left. They won’t be back at Lambeau until September 25. Joe Callahan came in Hundley and looked pretty good again. We’ll see how Hundley recovers but there is a good chance Callahan is the backup on opening day.

Nothing else real eventful in the game. Running back John Crockett seems to be solidifying his spot as the third running back. Ty Montgomery and Davante Adams made some plays, and the defense played fairly well again. Left tackle Jason Spriggs got schooled by the Raiders’ Khalil Mack.

Next week at San Fran should be the debut of Aaron Rodgers, especially now that Hundley is out again. I doubt they run Jordy out there with only a week of practice, guessing his debut comes on September 11.
