Packers-Cowboys Game Blog

6:51 PM:  Packers lose.

6:49 PM:  Nice job defense.

6:47 PM:  Way too much time on the clock. Need a turnover.

6:45 PM:  Yes we have the lead, but the Packers’ defense is a joke.

6:44 PM:  Worst play call of the year for McCarthy. Cowboys win.

6:42 PM:  We have a chance.

6:36 PM:  The Packers have 2:00 minutes left. Can Rodgers pull it out? I don’t think a field goal wins it.

6:23 PM:  Oh well, it will be an interesting offseason.

6:20 PM:  It was a great turnaround for this Packers’ team, sad that it comes to an end today, but after being 4-6 after ten games in, winning the division and a a playoff game is not to bad.

6:15 PM:  Rodgers failed. No way the defense holds.

6:06 PM:  Could not have been an easier touchdown for the Cowboys. The Packers’ defense laid down. This game is Aaron Rodgers to lose, the Packers have to score every time they get the ball.

6:00 PM:  Up 15 going into the fourth, can they really f@#k this up? I am scared to death.

5:56 PM:  Huge mistake by the Packers. Only a two score lead, and to be honest, I have no faith in the Packers’ banged up defense.

5:48 PM:  Micah f-ing Hyde with the biggest play of the game so far! That is crazy! Packers need to score now.

5:45 PM:  Defense is choking, Rodgers is going to have to score TDs every drive.

5:35 PM:  We are not done yet! Aaron Rodgers is on fire again! We still might need 40 to win this but we might be able to get there.

5:33 PM: I like the Packers’ commitment to the short passing game. No need to run.

5:12 PM:  Thank-you for holding them to three, but getting worried about the defense now. Packers have a minute to play, who knows?

4:59 PM:  Packers on the ropes now, Christine Michael’s mistake was huge. But Chris Havel would rather keep him than Eddie Lacy. I think not. What an idiot. Mistakes like that are how you lose games like this. Blowing an 18-point lead in the playoffs is not going to look good.

4:55 PM:  Well, it was fun while it lasted.

4:52 PM:  Packers’ defense showing it’s true colors now, but can they keep up with the Packers’ offense? So far, no. But we have a long way to go.

4:50 PM:  Cowboys strike fast. Just what the Packers didn’t need. Oh, oh.

4:43 PM:  Unbelievable! The Packers take a 21-3 lead! The offense is unstoppable. The Cowboys will not lay down and this will be a close game in the end. But I like the way it looks.

4:23 PM:  The Packers’ offense is continuing to roll thus far, an unbelievable 90-yard drive for a TD and the Packers lead 14-3! This is unreal. The defense needs to feed off this.

4:08 PM:  Well, the Packers’ defense held them to three points on two drives. I’ll take it. If the offense can score again we will really be in good shape.

4:04 PM:  It’s clear the Packers can’t stop the Cowboys, can the Packers’ offense keep up is the question. Might be first turnover wins.

3:57 PM:  Aaron Rodgers at his very best, total command of the offense and the Packers take the lead. OK, I was proven wrong. Go Pack!

3:49 PM:  Got away with holding them to three. If Rodgers can get a TD I might change my opinion, but damn, why not give your hot offense the ball first?

3:45 PM:  This is what the Packers’ get for not taking the ball. The hottest offense in the league and you kick? Now you lost Gunter, not a smart move.

3:43 PM:  Cowboys going right down the field on their opening drive. Not a good sign for the Packers’ defense.
