Packers can take control of NFC North with win tonight

The Green Bay Packers are looking to sweep the home portion of their NFC North ledger when the Detroit Lions come to town tonight. A victory would put the Packers at 5-1 overall but even more important, 3-0 in division play.

It will not be easy considering the Packers have lost four straight to the Lions, who used to be good for two wins a year for the Packers. And this Lions team seems to have turned the corner under head coach Matt Patricia.

While it will be chilly, weather won’t be a factor, but injuries could be. The Packers will be without Davante Adams, Darnell Savage, and Bobby Tonyan, just to mention a few. However, I think the Packers will find a way to improvise, adapt, and overcome. Packers 27, Lions 17.
